Homegrown Review: Infused Sugar by John Grow #14
As part of this educational review series, we again want to show the diversity of the cannabis plant and its medical contributions. So John Grow #14 is back with a versatile homegrown product that can be ingested in various ways.
John Grow #14, who also told us about his tiny Gummy Bears and Bruce Banner breeder’s cut, tells us this time about his infused sugar. The Infused Sugar was made from the leftover harvest trimmings and designed specifically for John Grow #14’s medical needs. John Grow #14 won’t exactly say how he infuses the white sugar with his full extract canna oil to keep the balance and freshness, but the results of the blend equals a medicine with many uses.
This extremely potent Infused Sugar can be micro-dosed or taken in full heavy doses. The medicine can be mixed with liquids, taken by the spoonful, and used in cooking. Basically, any way you can utilize regular sugar, plus more. The flavor of the Infused Sugar has that FECO hashy oil flavor mixed with the sweet grains of sugar.
“I started because it was fun,” John Grow #14 said. “Now, I grow because of my medical issues with chronic pain, PTSD, and throat and lung issues.”
John Grow #14 uses the Infused Sugar to micro-dose during on days filled with chronic pain and in heavier doses when needed.
The limits of what to add the sugar to are only limited to the patient’s imagination. The sugar can be added to the normal coffee or tea, as well as dribbled on any suitable sweets or desserts. The sugar can also be added to main dinner dishes, sauces, tonics, and baked goods of all types. Eaten straight off the spoon is also an option for a fast onset and relief.
The sugar provides a heavy body buzz that hits almost as quickly as the head high. The heavier doses the heavier the “stoner” head-high feeling. The body buzz rolls through the body from inside out, providing waves of relaxation with a heavy blanket feeling.
John Grow #14 not only is a supporter of growing your own clean medicine but a supporter of helping beginning growers and military veterans from seed to harvest. John Grow #14 “coaches” new growers, who also make gummies, RSO, and sugars to help create their own medicine.
For his grow cycles now, John Grow #14 focuses on creating cannabis for specific medical needs and unique terpenes.
“I wish the state of Illinois would increase the plant count and give caregivers the right to grow for medical patients,” he said.
