KoalaT Glass Pumpkin Bash set for Oct. 22
KoalaT Glass is back this fall hosting its annual “Halloween” event that is family and 420 friendly and open to the public. The annual KoalaT Glass Pumpkin Bash is scheduled for 6 p.m. October 22 in Oglesby.
The event will host a kids costume contest, pet costume contest, pumpkin catapult, trick or treat and games for kids, live glassblowing, pumpkin painting, build a bong pumpkin (21+), food vendors, and more. There also will be a “Spooky Shakedown” with some of their favorite craft and merchandise. The address location is TBA.
KoalaT Glass is a two-person glass studio and retailer that has been producing pipes and jewelry in North Utica since 2019. KoalaT Glass and co-owners Dustin and Lauren sell the art they create online and in-person at fairs, festivals, and pop-up events.
Specializing in classic functional designs with a heady touch, KoalaT’s art features a variety of hand pipes and pendants with clean linework, playfully vibrant colors, and plenty of wigwags and opals. The owners routinely stream their creation process live on Facebook.
Dig through their Instagram page, and find such niche pieces as a translucent tricolor fish amid studded spoons and tortuous Sherlocks that curve sharply. Check out their Facebook page for more products.
