As the cannabis markets expands, the amount of media outlets, such as podcast, also increase. I recently appeared on a few podcasts to talk about Illinois News Joint and the Illinois cannabis industry. In my latest appearance, I spoke with Midwest Cannabis Podcast host Grant Patterson about several topics, including altruism as part of a business model.

Patterson, who also curates The Cannabis Library, hosts the Midwest Cannabis Podcast that spawned from the folks at Respect My Region, a Seattle-based award-winning media, music, and cannabis company. Patterson has been and plans to interview an array of people involved in the cannabis industry. I guest appeared on S1 Ep 3 of the Midwest Cannabis Podcast.

Respect My Region also curates The North American Weed Tour (NAWT) to help showcase legal cannabis products in Illinois. Illinois News Joint will appear on an upcoming episode of the NAWT podcast. The NAWT will host 250 podcast episodes and Instagram Live Streams showcasing cannabis products, retailers, farms, labs, kitchens, ancillary services, and technology.

The NAWT will review 500+ products and showcase brands across every category in select recreational markets.
