Revolution Cannabis recently debuted a new line of live resin vape carts, highlighting some of its top genetics. I’ve sampled the Sun King OG and Red Headed Stranger offerings from the new line, and to round out the strain selection, I picked up a Bear Dance Live Resin Cart from Enlightened Mt. Prospect to review.

Bear Dance is a sativa-leaning hybrid cross of Pure Kush and Uzbekistan Hashplant and Snow Cap. This live resin cart tested at 11.16% THCa, 66.95% THC, and 83.9% total cannabinoids. The indicated terpenes were terpinolene, β-caryophyllene, ocimene, β-myrcene, and limonene.

The tank came filled with viscous, light amber oil with glasslike clarity. The deeper color and viscosity encouraged me to explore a wider temperature range than I usually do, and I got this cart to put out some sizable clouds.

The wide-ranging genetic profile came through in the flavor. At lower temperatures notes of bergamot, passion fruit, and honeysuckle integrated into a heavier sandalwood tone, creating a perfumed hash flavor. Taking temperatures higher brought out rich flavors of dark chocolate, musk and a refreshing note of mint in addition to the perfumed hash.

Bear Dance hit almost immediately with a clean, open, anxiety killing headspace that got me out of my own way and ready to work. Even multi-drag high doses energized and motivated me. My mood was lighthearted but not so silly that I couldn’t sit down for some deep work, which can be an issue for me with energizing sativa.

Physically, Bear Dance brought on waves of vibration focused around my eyes and face in addition to some overall body lightness.
