Review: Galloping Ghost OG Live Sauce by Bedford Grow
By @medsforheads
Lately, the extraction room at Bedford Grow must be looking like a scene from Uncut Gems. The cultivator’s team has been pulling diamonds out of the mine with stunning size, clarity, and terps to match. I recently reviewed the Prism Live “Sauce” and have since had a similar experience with the Galloping Ghost OG Live “Sauce” I got from Maribis of Springfield. While the two shared a cross of (3rd Coast Panama Chunk x Amnesia Sour Diesel) in the lineage, the Galloping Ghost’s Big Easy OG parent provided more SFV sweetness compared to the Prism’s Rudeboi OG-derived astringency.
The gram of sauce contained two major boulders of THCa and a smattering of smaller crystals, each with a subtle halo of HTE more visible from the bottom of the dish than from the top. When a variety of facet sizes are placed together like this, I appreciate the ability to easily pluck out a serving proportional to my fluctuating needs.

The Galloping Ghost OG’s lab results indicated a whopping 20.28% terpenes. The primary terpenes of Galloping Ghost OG are listed as terpinolene (5.16%), b-myrcene (3.79%), and limonene (2.95%), with a-pinene, ocimene and a-phellandrene trailing just behind. In total, 25 unique terpenes were identified in some quantity.
A powerful and complex aroma gushed from the glass puck with herbaceous fruitiness. Notes of Lemongrass, raspberry puree, and green apple skin made up the initial nose impression of the sauce, which I’d characterize as sweetly verdant with a brisk, invigorating freshness. A deeper whiff brought out turpentine and an underlying sour funk like a cyclist’s inner thigh post-Tour de France sprayed with a single squeeze of lemon Pledge. Galloping Ghost OG had a hazy, Saison-like taste when dabbed between 530 and 550F.

A sizable dab had me buffering on and off for about an hour, in no state for any kind of productivity. Munchies then hit hard, and I was fixated on food while simultaneously, a desire for connection grew. Once hunger subsided, I felt fully present, empathetic and lighthearted in an intimate conversation with my partner that led to the discarding of garments and inhibitions.
When I tried a similar dose alone the next morning, however, it was silence I found myself craving as my mind floated in the buoyant salinity of the Dead Sea. Galloping Ghost OG’s period of effectiveness was quite long, culminating in an absolute requirement to be horizontal and likelihood of dozing off. Before this point, an acute sense of body awareness prompted me to stretch my limbs and back, which brought on a euphoric feeling of physical freedom.

Overall, I recommend this concentrate medicinally for users looking to ease the symptoms of depression, insomnia, and low appetite.
