Review: Wild Berry Breath by Bedford Grow
Anyone growing cannabis for a while knows, never let great genetics go to waste. The cultivators at Bedford Grow know this well, and they’ve been running a huge list of crosses based on (3rd Coast Panama Chunk and Amnesia Haze) with some solid results we’ve written about before (see list at end of review). This Wild Berry Breath I picked up at Maribis of Springfield is another new addition from that run.
Wild Berry Breath is an indica-leaning hybrid cross of (3rd Coast Panama Chunk and Amnesia Sour Diesel) and Punch Breath. This batch of flower tested at 22.43% THCa, 0.64% THC, and 23.83% total cannabinoids. Terpenes were 1.25% of the total weight with β-myrcene, limonene, β-caryophyllene, and β-pinene being the heaviest.

Visually, the eighth presented as several chunky flowers with a sparkling trichome frost that shrouded the underlying deep green tones and gave the fire orange hairs a sticky matrix to dry into. The sparkle to these flowers was particularly notable, and I spent quite a time admiring the well-preserved trichomes.
The aroma from the jar certainly lived up to the Wild Berry cultivar title. Blackberry, blueberry, and strawberry notes arrived front and center. Underneath, tangy notes of lime and grapefruit, fresh dough, and earth shined through on the finish. The flavor carried heavy fresh dough and earth, alongside a hint of grapefruit tang on the finish.
Wild Berry Breath wasn’t what I would consider a “direct” experience, taking quite some time to set in and easing me into a relaxed, mentally hazy, silly mood. Tingling waves of vibration also took quite a while to set in, but when they did they were strong.
After my first sampling of Wild Berry Breath, the long onset led me to a rookie mistake, going back for seconds before the first dose had fully hit. It wasn’t long after, I curled up on my living room floor to watch cooking videos on YouTube and fell asleep. Overall, I enjoyed the sparkling bag appeal and particularly long onset from this run.
